To guarantee your reservation a deposit of £30 per night is required.

We are unable to accept credit cards - cheques or cash only please.

Please note that we have a no smoking policy at Brook Barn.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits are refundable up to 4 weeks before arrival less £5 admin charge.

Deposits are not refundable if you cancel less than 4 weeks before arrival.
